Don't worry, you can make the diet work for you :) Here are my quick tips for shopping and meal preparation:
1. Under the Essentials column, especially for herbs, spices and oils, only buy them once a month by keeping a stock. After you made your purchase, you can disregard them in your weekly shopping list.
2. Rearrange dishes. Consume leafy greens, tomatoes, ground beef/pork, fish and seafood, at the early part of the week to ensure freshness. You can eat the lunch meal for Wednesday on a Monday, by example.
3. Consider FIFO or First-In-First-Out method. Cook first those you bought first.
4. You can make the same meal or dish several times. Be sure to select your food products very well, prepare the dishes according to the suggested method of preparation, and follow the recommended amount to be included on your plate. You can repeat a specific meal set at most 3 times in a week, in order to maintain the principle of variety in your diet.
5. Make a large batch of the dish. You can choose a meal from your recommended meal of the day that will last you for the whole day. You can adjust the quantity of ingredients in the recipes to increase the serving size. When eating, you simply have to control the amount of food you put on your plate by following your recommended meal portion size found in the Structure for Custom Meals under Bonus.
6. Prepare meals in advance. You can cook your meals for tomorrow when you get home at night. Make sure you store properly in the ref. Don't refrigerate it as soon as the dish is cooked while it is still hot. Let it cool at room temperature before you put in the ref.
7. Write your actual intake in your Weight Loss Journal daily so I can know how well you are doing with the substitutions, and I can give you advise for improvements.
I hope this can help. For any specific concerns, don't hesitate to use your Personal Questions tool :-q

Iam emotionally prepared but with the kind of food I take Iam thinking if I can prepare my meal regularly because of my daily schedule. Looking into the meal plan I takes time for me for the preparation of my meal.
