Im having my workout every morning.I want to know only if the food i take at breakfast is good.because I dont have rice here.and I need energy.tnx

After my first week diet (June 9 to June 15) my weight is still the same.. I think maybe because i have my dinner out with my husband twice at a pizza parlor. :(
