Kambing and other filipino rare foods

Today I went to a karinderya and the only foods in their menu were: Kambing, beef, tortang talong, and some grilled foods. I just wonder. Does this diet has something to say about meats like kambing, or frogs, etc.? |

Goat and frogs are good sources of protein too, just like beef and pork. You may have goat dishes just how you would have your beef. Choose goat dishes that are lower in fat like kinilaw and papaitan. You can pair a protein viand with vegetables like tortang talong, pinakbet, chopsuey or ginisang ampalaya if eating in a carideria.
