How do I know which meal plan to pick? and what is Colopathy? It seems I have the 1400kcal one but I think that's only because i clicked it first. Help pls!

The Colopathy profile is for people with sensitive bowels; those with irritable bowel syndrome and other similar condition. As with the profile and calorie level you should follow, you may use the Personal Questions tool to get advice specifically to your condition.
