Hi angie_26!
The portion sizes indicated in the meal plans (e.g 120 g roasted fat-trimmed porkchop or 1 cup sauteed green beans with young corn) refer to Edible Portion (EP) or the amount of food after it is cooked and good enough to eat. For ingredients in the recipe, the quantities indicated are in As Purchased (AP) form or the amount of food in its raw or unprocessed state.
I hope my explanation helps :)

Yes, I weigh my food! I also bought a food scale in SM before(just like the picture above) Its around 300pesos. Really helpful! Good thing, I also have these measuring cups and plastic tablespoon and teaspoon for my rice and some spices. However, I have a question, is the amount in the meal plan should be for raw or cooked food? I read the answer in the FAQ portion but its says its for the recipes not the meal plan, or is it the same? hehe... thanks. :)
