How do i know what meal plan to use...1400,1200.. 900? |

Hi Cathy,
If you want to lose 3-4 lbs a week choose 1200 kcal, if you want 1-2 lbs of weight lost, choose 1400 kcal. the 900 kcal is for two days only and is advised when you gained weight or reached plateau :)
