- 2 slices (45 g) whole wheat bread
- 1 slice (35 g) low fat cheese
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp unsweetened low fat cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pc small banana
- Stevia
Directions:
- Mix using a whisk or fork the cheese, Stevia, cinnamon, cocoa powder and instant coffee.
- Cut banana into thin slices.
- Spread the mixture into the slices of bread. Top with banana slices.
- Serve immediately.

It's good! If you want it a sweet, you can add stevia 😄? you can add a little water while mixing all the ingredients to your desired consistency. Since its just a small serving, using just a fork is ok with me.
