Banana and cappuccino formula

Swap this recipe for the usual butter and jam spread. A complete breakfast meal: whole grain bread for your starch, cheese for protein, and a banana for fruit, plus antioxidants from cocoa and cinnamon. Thank you Buntis (Ace Felix) for the photo!

1 starch + 1 dairy + 1 fruit

Ingredients for 1 person/s :
  • 2 slices (45 g) whole wheat bread
  • 1 slice (35 g) low fat cheese
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp unsweetened low fat cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pc small banana
  • Stevia

Directions:
  • Mix using a whisk or fork the cheese, Stevia, cinnamon, cocoa powder and instant coffee.
  • Cut banana into thin slices.
  • Spread the mixture into the slices of bread. Top with banana slices.
  • Serve immediately.

It's good! If you want it a sweet, you can add stevia 😄? you can add a little water while mixing all the ingredients to your desired consistency. Since its just a small serving, using just a fork is ok with me.
