Ingredients for 1 person/s :
- 120 g lean meat pieces (chicken or pork)
- 1 pc minced garlic clove
- 1/2 pc diced onion
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 cups of water
- 1 pc bay leaf
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Directions:
- In a big sauce pan or wok, sauté garlic and onions.
- Add the meat to the pan. Add 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, vinegar, and the bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or when meat is tender.
- Remove the meat from the sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with plain rice.
