Wonderful breakfast pancakes that are loaded with calcium, protein and fiber. |

1/2 meat + 1 dairy + 1 starch
For 1200/1400/1600 kcal
Ingredients for 1 person/s :
Directions:
For 1200/1400/1600 kcal
Ingredients for 1 person/s :
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 egg whites
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in blender.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray. Scoop a tablespoonful of pancake batter and drop in the skillet one at a time.
- Top with fresh fruit of choice

Hi Lorie!
It's alright if you don't have a blender, you can just mix all the ingredients together and cook it as the recipes says. The difference will be in the texture of the pancake. If you didn't use a blender, it will be chunkier. :) |

Hi geraldine! You don't need a ready mix pancake batter, the above ingredients makes for the batter itself. |
