My Bon Appetit Testimonial

i am a government employee, a private medical practitoner on the side (after office hours), and a mother of a five year old child after two concecutive unsuccessful pregnancies due to an autoimmune disorder.

by my introduction you can probably surmise all the ordeals, trials and tribulations not to mention the weight that has come upon me. all these were no equal to what has happened to me recently.

i was climbing two flights of stairs at work, and upon reaching the top, i was literally gasping for air. it took me a while to catch my breath. i got scared. this is not good. i have a five year old child who might lose a parent if something happens to me. at that time, i came to realize i need to loose weight for my health and for my family. the aesthetic benefits it might bring will be a welcome bonus to me.

I met dr. cohen at the right time. i was looking for a way to achieve my weight loss goal without taking any pills/injections or undergoing any procedure whatsoever. I came across an advertisement in the internet for a free diet profile. i answered the questionnaire and the rest is history.

you might ask: you are a doctor and yet you seek help in order to loose weight. how come? it is one thing to treat patients who are sick, and another if you are the one who needs help. this time, i am the patient.

with the help of my husband, my daughter, and the rest of my family, i was able to stick to my diet plan. my husband helped me prepare/cook the meals while my daughter, pa

Wow..just wow, Armi. You really have come a long way! I, and I think I speak for the rest of the Belletoday team, am truly proud to have you as a member. I am so inspired by your persistence to lose weight not only for aesthetic benefit but also for the total improvement of your health and life.

Also happy to know you've taken interest in running! I usually participate in those too! Maybe someday we will bump into each other during 3k and 5k runs :)

my efforts eventually paid off when they started noticing the changes in me. my once tight clothes are now loosening, and my bulges are not that prominent as compared before. my husband can reach both his hands while embracing me. my co-workers noticed a healthy glow in me. most importantly, it was as if a heavy weight was being lifted away from me. i breath easier, i climb the stairs effortlessly, and i don't feel sleepy during noontime breaks as i did before. one more thing i was not able to do for a long time happened: i can now bend down and reach my toes!

i started last december 19, 2012 and i am now on my 11th week on the program. almost 10 kilos lighter and looking forward to loosing more. my co-workers are now interested in following my diet program that's why i referred them to dr. cohen's website.

i am complementing my diet program with 30 minute 3x a week of zumba and i plan to join a local fun run (3k) this month.

i know i still have a long way to go in terms of loosing weight and achieveng my weight loss goal, and all the good changes that has happened to me will be my inspiration to go on. i also look forward to more insights about health and wellness that dr. cohen has been giving through his daily coaching sessions.

words are not enough to express my appreciation for the help that dr. cohen and his team has extended to me. i can only promise to pay it forward and help others, as well.

as for my love for food, and love for eating food, i still do.
