I would like to cut down on egg for breakfast everyday coz of medical conditions, what can I substitute it with?

Hi. I am on my 1st week of diet. With the weather now, i am not sure if i can purchase the precribed fish meal. Any suggestions on what i can substitute it with? Thanks

Hi. I started my diet yesterday. I cooked the baked fish in shallots, but i steamed it instead of baking it cause i dont have an oven here in my place, I used medium sized tilapia and the regular red onions instead od shallots. I'd say I liked it, its not as bad as I thought.
Can you send us more recipies I'm sure I will enjoy it since its something new to my taste buds.

@ ludymendoza: you can just eat the egg whites, or replace eggs with lean chicken breast, pork, beef or fish. Check out the List of Food Equivalences for the complete list of food substitutes.
