@Victoria Thanks!

---------------------
I'm a little worried for tomorrow. It is my first weigh in after 5 days in the program. I wish I did lose weight.

Hi Renz! That's actually the right idea! :) That strawberry yogurt can take the place of dinner's fruit + yogurt.
Next time though, please try to stick to plain as much as possible, then add your own stevia to taste....
Often, the fruit-flavored yogurts are very high in sugar!

I remember, when I was a kid, Magnolia strawberry yogurt was very very sour! Now, it isn't sour anymore, probably due to all that sugar they add. :(

Hi! Is it okay for me to eat a strawberry flavored yogurt for my snack? I was really hungry and I can't find a plain one. And to compensate for it should I not eat the allotted fruit and plain yogurt for my dinner later?

@ truelalaine: Yes, as much as possible, eat 100% of your recommended meals. If you have more questions about your program, please don't hesitate to ask me on the Personal Questions tool.

Thanks Victoria for answering!

@ Lalaine:
Snacks are optional, and you can fill it up the entry in the Meal Photos if you choose to have a snack.
To also answer your more recent question, in case you think you cannot finish all the prescribed food in your menus, you can set aside something, like the fruit, to have during the snack. :)
If you also think you can't eat that much food, please ask in the Personal Questions so that your dietitian can also make some recommendations that work for you! :)

@Shella:
You can set aside some of the fruit or cheese in your breakfast/lunch/dinner and have them as a snack!
You can drink as much coffee and tea as you like but only IF you use Stevia or no sugar! :) You can also use coco sugar if you really want some sweetness, but try not to use more than 1 teaspoon per cup.

Is my understanding right? All the food under the breakfast lunch and dinner respectively should be eaten? Not choosing only some of them?

Hello. I started my meal plan just today. No snacks in between meals? How many coffee or tea is allowed in a day?

Hi! I saw the Meal Photos in the application, there are snacks category, in my meal plans, no snack section is stated. Do I need to make my own snacks? Will the snacks posted in the recipe's section applicable to be my snacks?
