Directions:

Ingredients for 1 person/s :
- 1 cup zucchini
- 90 g drained tuna in brine
- 1 small pouch tomato sauce
- 1/2 pc onion
- 70 g grated low fat cheddar cheese
- Basil
- Salt,pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180 º C.
- Cut zucchini into strips in the longitudinal direction. Pre-cook 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water (or microwave). Mince the onion and fry in a dry nonstick pan.
- Add it to tomato sauce, along with flaked tuna, chopped basil, salt and pepper.
- Layer a baking dish with strips of zucchini, salt and pepper, prepared tuna and grated cheese.
- Finish with a layer of grated cheese on top.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Bon appetit!

I used cucumber instead of zucchini because its cheaper. I just melted the cheese in the microwave for 2 mins and everything tasted great! hope what I did was ok. :)

Hi i cant find tuna in brine anywhere here in my home town ca i used tuna in water or any other?

@ Angela: You can change to a different profile to take into account your condition. I suggest you take the "No Dairy" profile, which is best suited for people with lactose intolerance. To change your profile, go to UPDATE MY PROFILE > PREFERENCES > MEAL PLAN > No Dairy

@Rechelle: You can actually cook this in a microwave. Bake it on high for 10-12 minutes and enjoy! You may want to add a little water so it won't dry up. :-q

@ bakuchay: If you don't have an oven, you can just simply stir-fry the ingredients together in a nonstick pan, so you won't have to add oil :)
