Make Some Refreshing Lemonade!

During these warm and humid days, you may be craving for an ice cold and refreshing drink. If you want something other than water (the best drink), or don't want to add ice to your tea, you can make a Bon Appétit Diet-approved lemonade.

Serves 4:
1 liter of water
6 large lemons
Stevia to taste
Ice

Slice the lemons in half and squeeze the juice. If you don't have a citrus juicer, use a simple strainer to catch the seeds.

Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice into a pitcher with the 1 liter of water and plenty of ice. Add the stevia and mix until completely dissolved.

Enjoy!

If you don't have lemons, you can certainly enjoy fresh calamansi juice!
