Thank God, I lost 4 lbs after a week of following the meal plan and had a workout. Keep going for Week 2 now.

I lost 2lbs on the 1st week and 1/4" on arms, thigh and waist. Hoping to see more results in the coming weeks.

Hello,

Snack are allowed.
You may spread out your other food items from lunch and dinner meals to have a snack in between. :-q

I got sick, but still tried to manage my food intake. I have not followed the menu accordingly, over the weekend, and today.

The good news is, i dropped about 3 lbs as of this morning :)

Today is my 6th day and I weighed in this morning. I lost 2 lbs.! Yay! :D There are just some days I do get hungry in the afternoons even if I eat all the food in the day's menu. What can I snack on without ruining the diet? Thanks!

hi. i lost 2 lbs after week 1! :) so happy! im just getting tired preparing my food especially the shopping part hahaha. please motivate me some more!!! kindly give me tips on how to go about shopping for my veggies. i bought them all at once last sunday and before the week ended, most of them were already rotten. i work full time and i dont have time to buy them fresh everyday from the market so i thought i could buy all of them at once during sundays. but i endeed up wasting money on rotten veggies :( help!
